Operation Management & Leadership

  • To set up proper control systems such as QC checklist, survey check list, site engineer check list, material receiving system, and machinery plan format.
  • Overall responsibility that ensures a successful project operation and implementation plan.
  • Provides strategic leadership to all team members.
  • Responsibility for monthly reviews to ensure accountability of all projects.

  • Manage every phase of the project from start to completion and handover stage.
  • Responsible for completing each phase of the targeted construction schedule.
  • Ensure responsible to team members to comply and practice of company.
    code of conduct, business ethic, rules and regulations.
  • Resolves dispute between team members.
  • Responsibility for continuous ahead of project progress.
  • Report to management team project progress by timely.


  • Responsible to develop detail of project implementation plan.
  • To Provide the construction method of statement.
  • Ensure provide requirements for purposes of technical actions.
  • Risk management and advance management for operation.
  • Manage and investigate source of damages, accidents or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper construction activities and guidelines are being came out.


  • Responsibility to ensure project completion within budget, materials and labor required for each project as per schedule and specification.
  • Evaluate the costs within a specific time frame.
  • Responsibility for bill claim management from client.
  • Ensure responsibility for project cost control and profitability of project.


  • Attend the related meetings and presentation of project progress to
    primary person/clients.
  • Works closely with management team and ensure compliance the project execution plan and financial rules.
  • Coordinate with main represented person to smooth operations process.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree of Bachelor in ME (Civil) (or) BE (Civil)/Degree of Equivalence.
  • At least (15) years and above experiences in Road and Bridge construction, operation management with strong commitment.
  • Must have experiences in all types of Roads and Bridge construction.
  • Must have the Professional Engineer Register (or) Register Senior Engineer/Equivalence.
  • Outstanding in Project Management Skills.
  • Able to work at project location.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communications skills (oral and written) to have ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in English skills.
  • Must be Indian citizens only.
  • Ability to write technical reports and program documents and deliver presentations.


  • A candidate must be in good shape of health.
  • A candidate must have strong mentality in performing the work duty.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
