- Handling & Manage all Department
- Must be handling company Rules & Regulations will strong
- Must be handling Customer Service & more relationships with all employee
- To improve the HRD/ HRM process
- Monitoring the SOP, FDP & ORG
- Monitoring purchasing & showroom sales target
- To improve relative department KPI, Performance & Core Value
- To increase Sales Target
- To improve groups organization in this current
- All of the employees obey Rules & Regulations.
- Excellent Communication Skills & Problem-Solving Skills – Able to work under pressure and a tight timeline
- Report to MD.
Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Government.
- Must have HRM Diploma.
- Minimum 3 years experience in this position.
- Good in Business English Communication and writing.
- Age between 35 to 45 years
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Must use World, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Salary Negotiated on depend experience
Working Hours: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
