Job Requirements
- 3–6+ years HR experience (FMCG or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong in HR ops: recruitment, attendance, compliance
- Able to prepare KPI/appraisal templates
- Good communication and detail-oriented
- Reliable, organized, and proactive
Job Descriptions
- Full recruitment cycle for factory, sales, and office teams
- Attendance, OT, leave and payroll data preparation
- Managing staff files, contracts, warnings & HR records
- Drafting KPIs and appraisal forms (simple, practical formats)
- Supporting factory/sales manpower planning
- Handling disciplinary issues & ensuring compliance
- Monthly HR reporting
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PM
Holiday: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
