Purpose of Job

  • To manage and oversee the day to day operations of Recreation Park
  • To assist CEO/COO in National Recreation Park operational management process

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Overall Park’s operation as a branch head
  • Overseeing business development and tracking progress towards company goals
  • Training recreation park teams to properly carry out SoP
  • Responsibility & accountability in administration procedures
  • Planning and action for all aspects of development process strategically
  • Responsible for smooth and good relationship transactions with internal and external customers including relevant government parties
  • Monitor maintenance and engineering’s works progress
  • Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Employing strategies to ensure organization’s growth
  • Must be able to plan & implement the set objectives of the organization
  • Ensure the visitors satisfy & safety during their stay at garden
  • Leading and coordinate for events, promotion fairs and other related activities
  • Overseeing budget, accounting and finance processes
  • Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending and other expenses
  • Provide time to time reports to different levels of Management

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in operation, project management, leisure and adventure projects including 3 years’ experience in Management level.
  • Bachelor’s degree is must and other certificate or diploma in Business Administration/Operation
  • Management are highly preferred
