Duties/Responsibilities
- Control and operate the Extruder and pellet mill in line
- Reporting daily, weekly and monthly for operation
- Manage manpower assistance and worker
- Coordination with another department
- Operate functionality of extruder and pellet mill to be performance
Required skills/ Abilities
- Proficiency in English Languages
- Able to use a computer very well
- Able to use Microsoft Office programs at a good level, especially excel and PowerPoint
- Good understanding of production operation
- Strong leadership skills and ability to control workers according to the production department
- Strong ability to coordinate with others and able to communicate with the external supplier such as external transport companies
- Strong knowledge of production operation
- Diligent, honest, patient person, and able to work under pressure.
- Can work in BGO division (live in Bago more prefer)
Education/ Experience:
- A Bachelor Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering (preference in Mechanical, Electrical major)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the related field.
- Can be spoken in the English language
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday, Public Holidays
