Job Responsibilities

  • Create a long-term schedule for the CEO
  • Organizing, planning, ensure that the CEO attends all important meetings
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
  • Conduct any research CEO needs
  • Make travel arrangements on behalf of the CEO
  • Preparing, monitoring the CEO’s email and responding if required
  • Preparing communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Answering ph calls
  • Conducting or preparing any research that CEO may require
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar and sending reminders
  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required
  • Various ad hoc requests

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • Must be fluent in Chinese and English.
  • Must be traveling with the CEO
  • Age below (27) years
  • 1-2 years of experience as a personal Secretary would be advantageous
  • Extensive experience in using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
