Objective

  • Planning Executive is responsible to organize production plans according to demand, supply, and quality standards in order to ensure that the goods are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner.
  • The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of production operations.

Responsibilities/ Job Descriptions

  • Coordinating for all related parties for production workflow for multiple products
  • Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum downtime of the machine
  • Liaising with the NPD team on the development of new products.
  • Monitoring the production output to ensure that it will finish on time based on the Sales forecast.
  • Addressing issues when it arises aiming for minimum disruption
  • Obtaining output information from production (FG, On-Hold, etc.) and Obtaining information from the warehouse for the distribution plan.
  • Prepare and submit status and performance reports from a production planning perspective.
  • Keep paperwork organized
  • Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, sales, and other staff
  • Report to Business Planning & Development Manager
  • Internal: Business development and planning manager, Project Coordinator, Supply chain and Sales

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
  • Resourceful and proficient in problem-solving
  • Salary is 6Lks to 8Lks depending on experience.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
Benefits: Ferry will be provided
