Job Description

  • Building & Maintaining Project database (B2S & Colocation) including project daily activities & documentations.
  • Preparing CCT & Cashflows
  • Tracking & recording End to End project activities (Site Progress, Equipment Type & Configurations, Acceptance & Certificates, Purchase Requisitions, Donation Requests & Project Invoices).
  • Responsible for examining attached documents for purchase requisition, invoices and civil-work completion acceptances and ensuring all documents are complete.
  • Responsible for project document policy control (i.e, Documents are signed according to the authority level defined in project governance & all relevant documents are attached properly)
  • Assist PMO Head in daily activities.

Job Requirements

  • (or) Any graduate person with Accounting/ Finance Experience
  • Age between 21 to 26 years old.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Solid knowledge of financial and management reporting systems and solid technical accounting skills
  • Prefer excellent skill in Excel and formula can use properly & smoothly

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
