  • Ability to work minimal supervision.

Job Description

  • Bookeeping of Sub-Contractor Payments
  • Price Negotiation of Sub-Contractor for NEB, SEB with approval budget
  • Registeration of Sub- Contractor according to Shwe Taung Procurement Guidelines
  • Work with NEB Line Managers, SEB Line Managers, ASD, COO for Sub-contractor awarding Process
  • Work with Finance Manager for Contractor Payment Process and prepare necessary QD documents attach to Payment forms.
  • Highlight feedback to Contractors from NEBFO Manager, Quality Control Manager , ASD.
  • Checking of PR forms from NEBFO and SEBFO team
  • Bookeeping of PR forms and checking budgets with relevant departments
  • Contacting to suitable suppliers from PR Requests.
  • Confirmation of suitable suppliers from Line Managers and ASD
  • Getting Approval payment process from ASD or COO or CEO.
  • Material Purchase agreement Contract has to prepare based on Contract Value.
  • Delivery Arrangement from Supplier has to liaise with NEB , SEB teams.
  • Work with administrative team for advance cash to purchase PR Request and close within 3 days from date of purchases.

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holidays
