Job Requirements
- Diploma and procurement or equivalent certification.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Preferred one-year equivalent working experience in a similar capacity).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers.
- Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent worker.
- Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft office, and E-Mail.
- Intermediate English Language skill.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Able to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors.
- Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
- Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing terms & conditions.
- In charge of daily operational purchasing need such as planning, issuing and following up on purchase orders delivery and shipment schedules.
- Resolve supply, quality, and service and invoicing, issues with vendors.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirement and expectation.
- Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and shot lead time requirement.
- Undertake and other an-hoc duties as assigned.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sat & Sunday, Public Holidays
