Job Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 5 years Procurement experience
- Strong Communication skills
- Analytical Skill, Critical Thinking with strong business acumen
- Must show enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Can lead team and show leadership skill
- Can work well independently and under pressure
- Experience with sourcing and procurement and building a vendor program
- Advanced Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel spreadsheets, word processing, power point, and email).
Job Descriptions
- Manage the entire process in the planning of commodities procurement and supply chain activities, inventory control, logistics and distribution, ensuring effectively-functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities.
- Ensure effective lines of communication to ensure timely delivery of commodities using the most appropriate procurement procedures.
- Prepare service delivery contracts, leases and purchase orders for all acquisition needs.
- To establishes clear and measurable goals that challenge procurement to continuous improve; to use financial and quantitative data to manage performance.
- To deliver cost savings based on sourcing strategies and compliance management.
- To handle complex and diverse customer, supplier or operational issues where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Holidays: A day per week
