Job Requirements
- Bachelor/ Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronic)
- At least 5 years of working experience in Production or Maintenance field in factory.
- Prefer who have working experience in PET preform production/ beverages industry.
- Must have maintenance knowledge about factory tools and equipments.
- Prefer who has experience in injection molding machine operating.
- Must have strong communication in English with written and verbal.
- Must be able to use Microsoft office package
- Must be able to work under pressure to meet production timeline and in breakdown
- conditions
- Must be able to work in assigned shift and responsible for shift.( Working hours will be negotiated at the interview)
- Living near Thanlyin area is more preferable.
Job Description
- Daily activities of plant operation and monitories.
- Keeping records. All records related to production maintenance (schedule)
- Making daily reports and handling shift manpower.
- Process breakdown utility monitoring.
- Make sure all machines run properly and solve if any breakdown occurs.
- Mold change Mold maintenance – Activity and Records.
- Handling heavy equipment and parts by using overhead crane.
- Carrying out and planning activities.
- Plan and provide on job training to subordinates.
- Checking the quality and coordination with Quality department.
- Handing over the shift production to the dispatch department.
- Coordinate with respective departments for smooth running of the plant.
- Full filling the shift production requirements.
- Production data logging in computer.
- Keeping the shop floor Hygiene and clean.
- Environmental aspects and health & safety risk.
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 30P.M
Holiday : Sunday and Public Holidays
Benefit : Ferry will be provided.
