Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in the interior design industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to meet project goals.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present project status reports, including milestones achieved, budget utilization, and any deviations from the original plan.
- Ensure all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and drawings, are accurate and up-to-date.
- Foster positive client relationships through regular updates, meetings, and ensuring client satisfaction with project outcomes.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
