Job Requirements
- B. Com or LCCI III, more prefer with ACCA/CPA.
- At least 4years experience in related field.
- Have project experience like construction base.
- Good in computer skill (Advance Excel /Microsoft Word/Power Point).
- Good reporting skill.
- Analysis skill.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Ability to meet deadline.
Job Responsibility
- Calculate the Project Estimate Cost.
- Prepare the Project Profit & Loss.
- Monitoring the project Receivable List.
- Prepare the Project Invoice.
- Monitoring the Project Material Usage and Work done.
- Prepare the Weekly Cash flow.
- Liaise with external parties like Tax officer, audit firm.
- Check the Advance Claim form.
- Follow up the Account Receivable for Project.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
