Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years’ experience in sourcing or purchasing materials field.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Prefer candidate who can communicate in Chinese (Mandarin)Language. (Who can communicate in Chinese fluently, fresh graduate also welcome)
- Good interpersonal, Communicate and negotiation skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
- Ability to travel several times if required.
Job Description
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchases materials from Local & Oversea
- Responsible for getting right quality items for all purchases to meet with requirement in accordance with approved purchasing policies set by company.
- Prepare all purchased materials at competitive prices and terms from qualified vendors to suit in operation use in order to ensure timely and cost effectively delivery.
- Maintain proper documentation and record keeping. (Purchase order/contracts/quotation) to ensure internal control system are functioning with conformity of regulation.
- Check import document and arrange payment
- Create data document and arrange payment
- Create data of import shipment is SAP systems.
- Control daily import shipment by coordinate with W/H and send the import shipment in each day to who is concern email.
- Contact with Courier Company: Push the courier company to carried shipment on time.
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday (Alternate) and Sunday, Public Holidays.
Benefit: Ferry will be provided.
