Job Requirements
• Graduated in food science & Technology, Chemical, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry.
• Must have over 3 years’ experience in related field.
• Must know food safety rules & regulations, food standards & guidelines.
• Good presentation skill, problem solving skill, communication & interpersonal skill.
Job Description
• Set and monitor appropriate quality standards for raw materials, process and products.
• Review existing process and product specification at established Inspection points.
• Provide Lab support including reagent preparation, microbiological and analytical testing methods and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain the Pest Control System.
• Check the production line and report to all malfunctions or defects to ensure immediate action.
• Conduct microbiological and chemical testing of product for shelflife studies.
• Establish hygiene and disinfection programme for cleanliness of production area and other.
• Communicate and discuss quality-related problems to all relevant organizational departments.
• Training the production employee about quality control concern and hygiene factors to enhance process and product quality.
• Instruct and supervise staff in quality control.
• Maintain and records document of laboratory results and production line inspection.
• Maintain and Monitor ISO Work Flow Process.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sabbath day & Public Holidays
