Job Requirements

  • Basic QC inspection skill. (စစ်ဆေးဆောင်ရွက်မှုဆိုင်ရာအခြေခံကျွမ်းကျင်နားလည်မှု)

Job Descriptions

  • To ensure that food safety management systems and processes comply with industry standards and meet/exceed customer requirements and improve food safety and quality system from time to time.
  • Continuous improvement on the quality assurance program related to the supplier performance.
  • To ensure HACCP system is maintained and its pre-requisite programs followed.
  • Allergen control-continuously monitoring specific ingredients program.
  • Ensure supplier monitoring program is in place.
  • Constantly update management on requirements.
  • To coordinate all aspects of internal audits.
  • Traceability test conducting with production team.
  • To ensure to update and check monthly and yearly trend analysis for all pest and request corrective action for relevant person and coordinate with pest control supplier.
  • To ensure to timely update product specification, packing specification, customer specification ,packaging artwork and ingredient mixing ratio
  • To ensure to timely update ingredient list, artwork ingredient list and ingredient specification list and share for update HACCP Product Description and HACCP Ingredient List and update cooking instruction.
  • Control and update reference book and maintenance manual book.
  • Request, updating and follow up MSDS, LOG, specification, allergen questionnaire and other certification of ingredient, raw materials, packaging and chemical.
  • To ensure to analysis and timely update supplier risk assessment.
  • Coordinate and follow up supplier contract, agreement and company licence and updated in file.
  • To coordinate all renewal of certification and related document throughout a year such as HACCP
  • Certificate , Halal Certificate , EU Certificate and Approved Truck Document.
  • Production Instruction submit to production when necessary changes.
  • Intermemo and Work Instruction updating and share to relevant department when necessary.
  • Timely update Time code and Best before Code and share to relevant department.
  • To prepared monthly Food Safety and Quality Management Meeting and Management Review meeting.
  • To ensure proper document control and that documentation is updated with food safety system.
  • Supervise and verify quality management system documentation.
  • Other adhoc duty as assigned by superior.

 

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
