Job Descriptions
- To take out quantities from drawings and prepare BOQ
- To prepare tenders, measurement and preparation of bills of quantities
- Be responsible in sourcing suppliers and subcontractors to quote for tendering
- To evaluate price comparison and costing summary
- To correspond and liaise with subcontractors & client
- Assisting in general contracts administration and compilation of claims
- Preparation of monthly claims to client and review & processing of sub-contractors claim and materials
- Preparation of project budgeting, cash flow and costing reports
- Cost planning and monitoring budget
- To report cost evaluation for variation order to management
- Assist in the preparation of Project reports
Desired skill and Expertise
- Diploma or Degree in Civil/Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Senior QS position in construction industry
- Age between 30 to 40 years.
- Good understanding & knowledge of contracts law and its application
- Preferably well versed in FIDIC form of contracts
- Strong communication and presentation skills and able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Auto CAD and Microsoft office
- Able to work independently and also in a team
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
- Positive and Self-Starter Attitude personality and Being leadership
- Salary package commensurate as according to the experience
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Holidays: Sunday, Public Holidays
