Job Requirements
- B.E (Civil) with at least 2(or)3 years experiences in related field.
- Preparation of tender quotation, taking off quantities and estimation.
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions.
- Coordinating daily onsite activities with the Site Supervisor and construction team.
- Preparing Schedule for site processes.
- Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Internet & E-mail
- Sketchup
- Auto cad 2D/3D
- Providing clients with the design drawings depending on their demands.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
