Job Descriptions
- Preparing submission document of CSD drawing, as-built drawing and OMM for M & E work.
- Preparing electrical and plumbing drawings and load calculation based on drawings.
- Preparing Bill of Quantity for M & E Scope of work.
- Ensure that all contractual notices are issued in accordance with the conditions of the contract.
- Able to source for sub-contractors/suppliers and negotiate for competitive prices.
- Developed the estimates and provides support in obtaining materials and subcontract pricing in conjunction with the project team’s requirements.
- Review specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work, cost structures and contractual requirements, as well as review and incorporate a reliable/established vendor list.
- Checking and review the site requisitions and compare them with the approved Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
- Submit and negotiate contract variations, additional works, snags and maintenance orders.
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
- Any other assigned tasks assigned by manager.
- Ability to work after-hours as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Having knowledge of lighting and plumbing fixtures and installation techniques.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up and excellent organizational skills
- Extremely proactive and self-managed
Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Holidays: One day per week
