Job Descriptions

Preparing submission document of CSD drawing, as-built drawing and OMM for M & E work.
Preparing electrical and plumbing drawings and load calculation based on drawings.
Preparing Bill of Quantity for M & E Scope of work.
Ensure that all contractual notices are issued in accordance with the conditions of the contract.
Able to source for sub-contractors/suppliers and negotiate for competitive prices.
Developed the estimates and provides support in obtaining materials and subcontract pricing in conjunction with the project team’s requirements.
Review specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work, cost structures and contractual requirements, as well as review and incorporate a reliable/established vendor list.
Checking and review the site requisitions and compare them with the approved Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
Submit and negotiate contract variations, additional works, snags and maintenance orders.
Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
Any other assigned tasks assigned by manager.
Ability to work after-hours as necessary.

Requirements

Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Holidays: One day per week
