Job Description

Receive orders by phone, e-mail, and reply in perfect points to issue the customer’s inquiry and requirement.
Responsible for giving responses to customers’ complains as well as giving solutions.
And then need to follow up on all of the complaints and unsatisfied of the customers.
Well coordinating with each department and keep good communication.
To have full knowledge and ability to access all services, including attempted service to meet the individual needs of the customers.
Completed daily duties or other work assigned by the department head and leader.
Responsible to gather all customer service information, taking notes, and keeping records.
Receiving phone calls, handling maintenance work orders, and value-added services, complaints handling, etc.,
In relation to the estate owner’s repair request, provide a work order form and immediately inform to related Customer Service to follow up on the whole procedure.
Take responsibility to create property files, and archiving or timely updating property information.

Job Requirement

Working Hours: 7:00 AM -4:00 PM, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Shift Rotate)

Holidays: One day per week & Public Holidays

Benefits: Will provide Uniform, Communication allowance, Meal allowance, and then traveling allowance after probation passed.
