Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Job Description

  • Greet welcome the guest with warm and friendly, and refer visitors to appropriate department. Customer inquiries. prices, Answering information clearly. Service to walk in customers.
  • Patiently answer guest questions and phone calls. Management incoming calls and forward call to appropriate personnel or department.
  • Arrange and coordinate transportation arrange (School, bus, Local trip). School documents, Assist in the preparation of relevant work-related reports. Assist in organizing any events staged by school.
  • Maintain the stationary and ordering for office requirements.
  • Checking data record the daily Generator diesel.
  • Checking daily attendance, leave record (Form) of Teachers and All Staff and report it to Office Manager.
  • Inventory of Fixed Assets; maintenance Must be able to perform repairs. Managing office administration and facility.
  • Help teachers with what teacher’s request if needed.
  • Work on all assignments from Principal.
  • Perform any duty as directed by Office Manager & Management.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
