- At least 3 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Healthcare and Beauty Care industry.
- Any Graduate (Medical Background Preferrable – M.B.B.S, B.Pharm, Paramedical, Nurse Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing
- Ability to coach and mentor customer service representatives.
- Working within a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to work In MS Office – Word, Excel etc
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Manage daily operation of the clinic
- Develop marketing strategies and implement marketing campaign that enhance the organization’ brand and increase community awareness.
- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
- Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
- Creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage
- Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as advertising agencies, and creative artists as per the need
- Works directy with senior management of the organization to develop marketing programs, design marketing strategies, and implement marketing campaigns.
- Provides leadership and direction in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the strategic marketing plan for the organization.
- To carry out special assignments assigned by Management from time to time.
- Efficient and productive clinic operations standards met
- Build a strong team and train all staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Perform regular meeting with related departments to smooth daily operation.
- Must be achieve sales target by monthly.
- Build and maintain positive sustainable relationships with clients
- Investigate and solve any client’s issues, complaints or feedback.
- Maintain working relationships and communicate with all department.
- Manage and monitor the activities of all staff and make sure to follow the standard operation procedure at all times.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Holidays: One Day per Week
