Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to assist in generating new business and meeting sales targets by providing administrative and operational support.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Coordination: Assist in the coordination of sales activities, including order processing, preparing quotes, managing product information, and tracking sales data.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio, including IT distribution and systems integration solutions, to effectively address customer needs and provide product recommendations.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals as required, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all documentation.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining sales databases.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and technology products is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
