Job Description:
The Retail Sales Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, and staff management.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Develop sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Train and coach sales staff on customer service and upselling techniques.
• Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferable.
• Additional Skills:
• Experience in Office 365 is a plus.
• Fluency in English across all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
