Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working B2B Experience.
  • Minimum 3 or more years of experience selling Digital Marketing and CRM Solutions.
  • Prospecting and understanding of B2B sales process.
  • Proven quantitative success.
  • Prior work experience at digital marketing agency and CRM solution provider.
  • Desire to build and lead a sales team.
  • Independent sales role – you will be expected to control your own lead generation (although     there will be some internal leads), pipeline and to close deals in a succinct manner.
  • Work alongside the internal tech/creative teams and working together when delivering pitches. In most cases you need to able to pitch on your own.
  • Experience closing 30k+ USD deals.
  • Ability to deliver Professional Presentation, Pitch, Proposal and Contract.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise a busy and demanding workload.
  • Professional communication skills – ability speaking to senior management or C level.
  • Good team worker – developing close working relationships and strong network across the business.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent visual design sense regarding clear and accurate presentation data.

Job Descriptions

  • Lead generation and identify new business opportunities to meet the monthly sales target.
  • Plan and develop new sales opportunities pipeline and nurture the sales funnel to closure of account.
  • Up-sales and cross-sales for existing customers.
  • Collaboration with internal team and alignment with customers.
  • Professional sales presentation and attention to customer requirement.
  • Managing customer journey and customer relationship.
  • Provide sales forecast and report to management team.
  • Preparing and execute RFP/RFQ response from customers.
  • Prepare and execute the document such as proposal, contract, presentation, quotation and invoicing.
  • Maintain CRM data and reporting.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
