Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales management with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- A deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and growth
objectives. - Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets
and objectives. - Provide sales training and support to the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the
necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers to promote repeat
business and customer loyalty. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business
opportunities and stay ahead of market changes. - Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform senior management of
sales performance and progress towards targets. - Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective action where necessary to ensure
targets are met. - Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure alignment and coordination
in achieving overall business objectives. - Participate in the recruitment and selection of sales personnel as required.
- Continuously seek to improve sales processes, procedures, and systems to enhance overall sales
performance
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
