Job Requirement
- Any Graduate with Diploma / MBA in Management
- Minimum 5 years experience in F & B fields at managerial level with strong leadership skills
- Comprehensive skills in English speaking and writing are strongly preferred
- Professional computer skills in using word, excel, PowerPoint and email, internet
- Understanding of managed services and outsourcing models
- Detailed understanding of network operations and associated processes
- Detailed understanding of business operations within the service provider environment
Job Description
- Launching the channel (the initial launch is already in progress)
- Manage the Operational and fiscal activities of the department for sale target achievement
- Develop and implement sale strategy and manage the wholesales operation process
- Measuring and increasing performance of key acquisition KPIs through strategic analytics and initiatives to drive sales performance of the channel
- Monitoring sales performance by route to identify improvement plan and submit proposal
- Understand and integrate sales initiatives across direct/inside sales channels of distribution
- Prepare sales performance report
- Prepare and present monthly reports to the Director; includes sales data, salesmen performance, outlet performance, issues, feasible solutions and deep analysis and evaluation of sales performance
- In collaboration with Channel Marketing, driving demand with agent and reseller partners
- Be a creative thinker, problem solver, possess a winning attitude and be highly motivated by the sale
- Evaluate existing relationships with distributors, new distributor opportunities to determine the most effective relationships and future structure
- Establish, build and manage multi-level relationships within customer and partner organizations
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
