Job Requirements

  • Japanese experience preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Sales Manager, preferably within an overseas employment or staffing agency.
  • Strong knowledge of international recruitment processes, labor laws, and employment trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Job Description

Sales Strategy Development:
● Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase client base and revenue growth.
● Identify emerging markets and opportunities for overseas employment placements.
● Set sales targets and manage the sales pipeline to achieve business objectives.

Client Relationship Management:
● Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including companies looking for international recruitment solutions.
● Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts and partnerships.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure exceptional customer service.

Market Research & Analysis:
● Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on trends, competitive landscape, and client needs in the overseas employment industry.
● Provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends and market analysis.

Team Leadership:

● Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and ensuring high performance.
● Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment, legal, and marketing departments, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Compliance & Documentation
● Ensure all client contracts and sales agreements comply with international labor laws and agency regulations.
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract details.

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Sunday
