Job Description
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing team on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your sales team.
- Developing your sales team – recruitment, motivation, counseling, and product knowledge.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Job Requirements
- Any graduate but medical science-related degree holder is preferred
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in the field of pharmaceutical products sales
- Planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Customer relationship management.
- Can be managing and directing an area sales manager.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English Language.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
- Good working knowledge of computers with proficiency in Excel.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
