Job Descriptions
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with production, planning and other cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and threats in the market.
• Prepare and present regular sales report, forecasts, and analysis to top management.
• Participate in the recruitment, training and development of sales team members to ensure a high-performing and cohesive team.
• Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
Job Requirements
• Any Bachelor Degree
• At least 10 years of sale experience and 8 years of managerial experience
• Strong communication and leadership skill
• Have a creative mindset and strive for continuous improvement
• Must be a hardworking person
• Able to work under flexible working hours according to the work requirements
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: One day per week & Public Holidays
