Job Requirements
- ဘွဲ့ရ(သို့) ကျောင်းကိစ္စကင်းရှင်း၍ အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Mobile phone အရောင်းဆိုင်များနှင့် Mobile fieldနယ်ပယ်တွင် supervisorရာထူးဖြင့် လုပ်သက် အနည်းဆုံး ၂ နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
- မိမိကုမ္ပဏီမှ ရောင်းချသည့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှု အကြောင်းကိုသေချာနားလည်ပြီး sales promoter များကို သေချာ train ပေးနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Customer relations သေချာဆောက်တည်ပြီး မိမိ၏ promoters များ အလုပ်ခွင်မှာ အဆင်ပြေရေး နှင့် ပေးအပ်ထားသော target အရောင်းများ ပြည့်မှီအောင် ကြိုးစားပေးနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Targetများပြည့်မှီရေးအတွက် လိုအပ်သော way plan/marketing plan များရေးဆွဲနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Teamworkအားကောင်း၍ ဝန်ထမ်းအုပ်ချုပ်မှုပိုင်းကျွမ်းကျင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- English/ Computer basic ရှိသူဖြစ်ပြီး အသုံးပြုတတ်ရမည်။
- အလုပ်ဖိအားဒဏ်ခံနိုင်သောသူ/ လိုအပ်လျှင် သတ်မှတ်ထားသော အရောင်းဆိုင်များသို့ လှည့်လည်သွားလာနိုင်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး မည်သည့်နယ်မဆို သွားလာနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Salary is 4.5 lakhs to 5.5 lakhs (depending on experience).
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
