Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
• Handle client inquiries and provide property recommendations.
• Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and closings.
• Maintain and update property listings and sales records.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, property owners, and agents.
• Conduct market research to support pricing and marketing strategies.
• Ensure all sales and rental processes comply with company and legal standards.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or rentals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and property trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field is preferred.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
