Job Requirements
- Must be a graduated.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Email proficiently.
- Must be between 27-35 years old.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a Sales Supervisor in FMCG.
- Must be a positive person.
- Must be able to cooperate and be willing to actively try and learn.
Job Description
- Must be able to draw up PJPs of Yangon General Trade Team.
- Must be able to navigate Yangon city professionally.
- Must be able to set sales targets according to the relevant area, and be able to properly monitor and manage Sales/Outlet Growth & Achievement.
- Must be able to lead the team to get more new outlets.
- Must be able to manage Sales Leaders and Sales Reps in his team well.
- Must be able to submit Weekly/Monthly Reports to the relevant Sales Manager on time.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
