- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Certificate/diploma in secretarial management or business administration is a plus.
- Must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal in English language.
- At least 2 years experiences in related position.
- Must have good organizing and negotiation skill.
- Good at using Microsoft Office Applications, fax, internet & e-mail.
- Good in document handling, recording and reporting.
- Adaptable and must be aware of keeping confidentiality.
- Fluency in English 4 Skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to travel.
- Salary is 5Lks to 8Lks depending on experience.
Job Description
- Provide administrative & secretarial support to Chairman including scheduling appointments and business meetings, writing correspondence, email, answering questions & requests.
- Prepare Meeting agenda and take meeting minutes.
- Prepare and handle confidential & sensitive documents.
- Maintain records of the important contracts and documents.
- Prepare and arrange travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
- Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external associates.
- Convert written materials from one language into another when necessary.
Working Hours: 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
