Person Specifications

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • Certificate/diploma in secretarial management or business administration is a plus.
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal in English language.
  • At least 2 years experiences in related position.
  • Must have good organizing and negotiation skill.
  • Good at using Microsoft Office Applications, fax, internet & e-mail.
  • Good in document handling, recording and reporting.
  • Adaptable and must be aware of keeping confidentiality.
  • Fluency in English 4 Skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to travel.
  • Salary is 5Lks to 8Lks depending on experience.

Job Description

  • Provide administrative & secretarial support to Chairman including scheduling appointments and business meetings, writing correspondence, email, answering questions & requests.
  • Prepare Meeting agenda and take meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and handle confidential & sensitive documents.
  • Maintain records of the important contracts and documents.
  • Prepare and arrange travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external associates.
  • Convert written materials from one language into another when necessary.

Working Hours: 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
