Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • 3 years of secretarial or office experience.
  • Must be able to speak English and Myanmar fluently and be able to translate efficiently.
  • Must be able to use and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excels, and Outlook).
  • Data entry experience.
  • Travel on with MD if required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between MD and respective department regarding daily operation in the company.
  • Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings.
  • Arrange and schedule MD’s meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Accept and direct internal and external calls and e-mails between MD and various department.
  • Manage and maintain data and file documents accordingly.
  • Reporting to MD and perform secretarial duties.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
