Job Requirements

  • Any graduated.
  • Having secretary experience minimum (3) years.
  • Fluently in English 4 skills (written & spoken).
  • Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Good pleasant personality.
  • Organizing meeting and taking meeting minutes and preparing documentation.
  • MS Office, Excel, Power point, Internet and email.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
  • Managing databases.
  • Prioritizing workloads.
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.


Working Hour: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
