Job Requirements
- Any graduated.
- Having secretary experience minimum (3) years.
- Fluently in English 4 skills (written & spoken).
- Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Good pleasant personality.
- Organizing meeting and taking meeting minutes and preparing documentation.
- MS Office, Excel, Power point, Internet and email.
Job Responsibilities
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
- Typing, preparing and collating reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
- Managing databases.
- Prioritizing workloads.
- Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.
- Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.
- Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
Working Hour: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
