Job Requirement
- Any Graduate, preferable LCCI level III or B.Com or equivalent certification
- Having minimum (5) year of financial management experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience of computer skills, especially usage on Accounting Package and provide training to others.
- Good communication skill in English, both written and verbal.
- Good team work and communication is requested and necessary.
- Ability and willingness to work under pressure as part of a professional team.
Job Descriptions
- Manage regional financial management and provide the capacity building to finance staff under supervision to spend their expenditure in line with plan.
- Ensuring the financial control frame work in place and all income and expenditure transitions are complied with policy and procedure.
- Fully responsible to review account payable, account receivable, staff payroll of Taunggyi region.
- Making sure daily sales income are handed over to finance department in timely.
- Preparing all income and expenditure reports and submit to Head Office.
- Leading on monthly stocktaking, prepare monthly inventory reports, and process necessary arrangement.
- Assist for production budget preparation and procurement of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Review and manage purchasing team and process.
- Prepare necessary documentations required for Auditing.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
