Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar capacity in a multinational company
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions, knowledge of Power point
  • Effective communication skills and detail-oriented.
  • Good in English language skills is advantage

Job Description

  • Prepare and vet all accounting work including the production of accurate monthly management accounts and financial statements.
  • Prepare starting point from journal entries to final reports for portfolio companies.
  • Oversee and perform accurate recording to get to the direct accounts without any errors.
  • Review month end journal transactions such as Revenue Recognition, Accrued Expense, Prepaid Expenses,
  • Depreciation Expenses and Intercompany Transactions to complete financial report.
  • Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
  • Maintain financial database and on-going analysis on general ledger accounts, balance sheet, profit and loss account and Fixed asset register.
  • Prepare accurate Statement of Accounts for receivables outstanding and Loan receivables outstanding, provide monthly Loan outstanding statement to Portfolio Relationship Manager and do prompt follow up.
  • Prepare payment schedule, perform bank payment and download bank statements as assigned.
  • Monitor Cash, Bank and Balance Sheet reconciliation.
  • Compute commercial taxes, corporate income taxes, perform tax payment and prepare tax returns as assigned.
  • Effective business partnering with portfolio companies including project monitoring, correspondence processing, deciding the best plan by considering income, age and capability to take risk.
  • Dealing with portfolio companies to ensure proper maintenance of their accounts and analyze financial project portfolio data through database and perform existence check as necessarily.
  • Prepare schedules and provide support for annual audit and statutory tax assessment processes.
  • Ad-Hoc tasks assigned by Management.


Working Hours: 8:30AM – 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
