Job Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Architecture and Design Coordination.
  • Advanced skills with AutoCAD, a good working knowledge of Architecture.
  • Advanced design management and organizational skills with the ability to manage the time of others in an efficient manner, ensuring that project milestones are met within expected timeframes.
  • Advanced ability to produce design details including: waterproofing, windows, etc.
  • Intermediate knowledge of design standards and codes.
  • Report to the Design Manager regarding the contractor submittals, and ensure Design Manager approval
  • Good in personal skills and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.

 

Working Hours: 9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M.
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays.
