Experience / Skills required
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing in the sectors of Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Independent Power Producers-IPP Investment, Consultancy, EPC (Generation), and Utility (Power Business)
- At least 10 years of experience in the related field.
- Experience in power generation especially Hydropower (conventional thermal generation) based on coal, gas, and oil has given way to renewable applications based on wind, hydro, solar, and biomass for infrastructure renewal, future energy, and energy transition, as well as security, skills shortages, and a changing regulatory environment.
- Understand the market (government and private) and regulatory environment, competitors, and challenges, and keep up to date to stay on top of the brief.
- Must have the energy & resilience to carry out the role, especially when things get tough, while the board can work effectively in difficult circumstances.
- Able to work in Thandwe / Rakhine state.
- Salary is 20lks and above depending on experience.
Qualification / Education required
- Master’s degree (ME) in Engineering, Civil, A postgraduate degree in Construction Management or Water Resources Engineering, or certificates in related fields added an advantage.
- Knowledge of engineering design, implementation, and management applications.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
