Job Requirements

Must be BE (Civil).
At least 6 years’ experience in related field.
Revit- Architecture and Structure (Modeling).
Auto CAD (2D/3D/3D Max), Sketchup.
Provide design data for surveying and engineering applications using CAD.
Create long term repair investment plan for client buildings.
Construction management of building projects to make sure clients’ needs are met.
Review design interface submitted by contractors
Quality/Quantity Control including material testing
Fluent in English Language.
More prefer oversea experience.
Must be able to work well a team.
Strong presentation skills and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and personal skills.

Working Hour : 8:00A.M to 5:00P.M
Holiday : Saturday and Sunday, Public Holidays.
