Job Requirements
- Any Graduates
- Over 3 – year experiences in Commercial Cleaning Supervisor or similar role
- Conversational level in English
- Computer literacy advantageous
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Descriptions
- Handle complaints and feedback from clients.
- Handle assignment of tasks & inspect work done by cleaners daily.
- Coordinate and liaise with office management team as needed
- Efficiently control and check cleaning equipment condition.
- Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards.
- Conduct weekly Quality Assurance Audits at sites
- Report all maintenance defects immediately to the Operations Manager.
- Ensure all cleaning documentation is completed and updated daily with CPS software and ISO 9001:2015 processes
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday& Public Holidays
