Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of related Electrical/ELV Building Services.
Must have AGTI, B-Tech, BE (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic & Communication, Mechatronic)
At Least 10 years working experience in construction commercial building industry tender (Retail, Hotel,
Office, Condo, Airport, Hospital etc.) in Medium & Large size building.
Must be good at using Microsoft Office, Email & Internet.
Self –motivated with excellent communication, good team work skills and negotiation skills.
Able to work under pressure & High sense of responsibility.
Salary is 10lak to 15lak depending on experience.

Job Description

Commercial, Residential, Industrial Building များ၏ Electrical, ELV Service Tender များကို ဦးဆောင် ရမည်။
Electrical, ELV Service များ Cost Calculation အတွက် Supplier များနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ပြီး ဆက်သွယ် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းများအတွက် ဦးဆောင်ရမည်။
Electrical, ELV Service လုပ်ငန်းများ အောင်မြင်စွာ ရရှိရန် Sales Team ကို ပံ့ပိုးပေးခြင်း၊ လိုအပ်ပါက Tender Clarification Meeting များအား ဦးဆောင်ပါဝင်ရမည်။
ရရှိပြီးသော Electrical, ELV လုပ်ငန်းများနှင့်ပတ်သက်ပြီး Project Team နှင့် Project အောင်မြင်မြင်ပြီးဆုံးရေးအတွက် ပံ့ပိုးကူညီရန်။
Electrical QS Team ၏ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးအတွက် ဦးဆောင်မှုပေးရမည်။

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternated Off), Sunday & Public Holidays
