Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting , or a related field.
  • B.com, CPA Part 1
  • At least 3 years of experience in senior account and finance position.
  • Be an analytical thinking with strong investigate and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as 5 QL, Microsoft Excel .
  • Able to work independently.

Job Description:

  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer.
  • Reconcile bank balance daily, weekly, monthly and prepare bank transactions.
  • Prepare Daily Cash and Balance format, Reports and Cash denomination, etc.
  • Documenting accounting and reporting procedures.
  • Monitor and forecast cash flow positions for business operation.
  • Reconciliation and clear of the GL Balance (Receivable, Payable and Advanced ,etc.)
  • Supporting budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
  • Manage the finance and accounting functions to provide financial reporting
  • Conduct financial closing for monthly , quarterly and yearly closing accurately and timely manner.
  • Understand local Taxation Law, Rules, Regulations, etc,
  • Supervise and provide training to subordinates on finance and accounting functions.
  • Support to the Manager and Any tasks as assigned by management.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
