Responsibility (Job Descriptions)
- Manage HR Department for all HR processes (Operations), Planning, Creating Strategies
- To make sure all of the HR Policies are in place
- Strategic HR Planning
- Review the existing policies and procedures and New policies creation
- Manage HR Reports (Weekly/ Monthly/ Annually)
- Manage Employee Engagement
- Compliance Management
- Annual Salary and Benefit Review
- Salary Structure Review and annual updates
- Manage the performance management plan and Implementation
- Manage the Learning and Development Plan
- Manage for HRIS
- Manage Insurance program (Local & Expats)
- Manage the Expatriates’ contracts
- Manage salary calculation (Local & Expat)
- Manage Expats’ affair
- Employee Handbook Review, Edit, and update
- Manage ISO Standard Quality operations
- Orientation Program (Review & Revise)
- Create filing system
- Overview of Daily Operations
Job Requirements
- Any Graduate/ Dip in HR / MBA
- At least 10 years of experience in the HR field
- At least 5 years of experience in Management background in the Manufacturing Industry.
- Influencing skill/ Negotiation skill/ Listener/
- Computer skills- Word – Excel- PowerPoint – Email writing/
- Good communication in English four skills
- Good employee relationship skill
- Good Personality, Good Hygiene & Grooming, Non-Smoker
- Age should be 35-50
- More preferred for a positive attitude, can-do attitude, willingness to learn, obedient & Hardworking
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
