Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Insurance Field as Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A team player and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel to different locations.
Job Description
- Manage and encourage sales team to hit targets in both Yangon and Mandalay.
- Coach, motivate or replace sales individuals while building a winning sales team.
- Assist team in meeting potential clients and build long lasting relationship.
- Provide sales strategies, feedback, and sales plan.
- Prepare daily sales report and weekly pipeline report.
- Keeping up –to – date with industry developments.
- Manage the month end and year end close processes.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
