Specific Requirements
- Any Graduate
- 3 to 5 years experience in the related field
- Experience in on-site activity is a must.
- Age between 25 to 35
Main functions
- Conduct negotiations with relevant public authorities in shipping & customs clearance operations.
- Responsible for monitoring and cooperating closely with the logistics operation department.
- Being able to follow up day to day transactions and focus on all opportunities to reduce the cost of unnecessary activities and demurrage.
- Accessing the relevant data of all required logistics service providers.
- Be knowledgeable on regulations regarding taxes, custom law, duties, and other requirements.
- Ability to handle multi-tasks, ad-hoc duties as assigned and could meet deadlines.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
