Job Requirements

B.E / B.Tech / A.G.T.I ( Civil, Electrical, Mechanical )
5 Years Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Auto CAD subcontractors/suppliers and prepare payment responses/certificates.
Leads Junior QS
Reading and understanding of construction documents.
Good interpersonal skills so as to be able to work in a team
Organize workload to meet competing and shifting projecReceiving inquiry
Quantity take off for tendering and quotation process
Pricing
Preparation tender and quotation
Preparation progress claim, invoice
Handling Variation Order ( VO )
Assist Contract Manager for contracting
Co-ordinate with Structural Design Engineer and Senior Drafter
Report to Contract Manager
Responsibility & Authorities 1. Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor
costs
Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts
Coordination of work effort
Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues
Verify progress claims submitted by subcontractors/suppliers and prepare payment responses/certificates.
Organize workload to meet competing and shifting project timelinest timelines

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
